Return Policy

All rented goods will need to be returned within the specified return period and in their original condition (with ordinary wear and tear). Late returns shall incur additional charges. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the item is properly packaged and returned as per the guidelines given.

Refunds

Refunds are only made if the dress is found damaged upon delivery and entirely unworn. Upon approval of the dress by the company, a refund will then be processed. Refunds are made to your bank account. This may take 5-7 business days to accomplish.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a customer wishes to rent a different dress, they must place a new order separately.
